Servicing customers locally, we are seeking individuals who thrive in a busy and fast paced environment and a strong background in customer services is essential. Working in a strong team environment, you will be guided and supported to ensure your success and longevity in the role.

This role requires exceptional levels of service to be delivered at all times, you will be working with all key stakeholders to deliver our customer care.

**Duties**:

- Dealing with a range of customers, couriers and key stakeholders.
- Data entry of orders.
- Provide regular informative updates for all open enquiries.
- Investigate issues and promptly escalate and collaborate with the
Customer, and sales team.

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills including multi-screen navigation
