The role
We’re after a hands-on Roofing Technician to join our growing team. This outdoor position suits someone with grit, top-notch customer service skills and a genuine sense of ownership.

Key responsibilities
- Perform vacuum-powered gutter cleaning on homes and commercial buildings
- Safely use ladders, harnesses and roof-access equipment
- Inspect roofs, valleys and downpipes and record any issues
- Capture before-and-after photos and upload site notes to ServiceM8
- Identify and report roof or gutter problems that need further repair
- Dispose of gutter waste responsibly at our company depot
- Keep tools, vehicles and equipment clean and service-ready
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients on site

What you bring
- Comfort working at heights and on roofs
- White Card and Working at Heights ticket or willingness to get certified
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical fitness, reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
- Positive attitude, punctuality and commitment to safety
- Bonus: experience in roofing or general labouring

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- on-roof: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian Driver's License (required)

Work Location: In person
