We are looking for an empathetic and collaborate problem solver for the role of Family Services Partner to directly support the families and centres. The role requires flexibility across Goodstart’s New Families and Existing Families space, taking responsibility for the effective handling of customer complaints, queries, and feedback, in addition to assisting families with enrolment enquiries.

**Your Impact**:
**Directly support families and centres by**:
Building rapport with customers to resolve queries, problems, or complaints.
Documenting customer requests inside appropriate enterprise systems, understanding hand off points for escalating incidents when appropriate and/ or necessary.
Liaising and providing feedback within the team - to help meet customer satisfaction targets/objectives and customer service excellence
Completing outbound follow up calls and undertake ad-hoc tasks
Actively contributing to team meetings, share, and record knowledge with colleagues to maximise knowledge retention within the Family Services team

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Sound working knowledge regarding Fair Work Legislation
Excellent communication and complaint resolution skills
Strong working knowledge of Xap, CM and Purecloud systems
Previous experience in childcare or related service business is an advantage.
