We’re now looking for an experienced Barista/Supervisor to join our friendly team and help lead our café to new heights.

**About the Role**:
As a Barista/Supervisor at Elster Elsternwick, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth operation of our café. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality coffee, providing outstanding customer service, and supervising a team of front-of-house staff. You will also be involved in opening/closing the café, managing stock, and supporting the Venue Manager in daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of baristas and front-of-house staff to provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages to a high standard
- Ensure the café is clean, organised, and operating smoothly
- Supervise and train new staff members
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Assist with ordering and stock management
- Maintain health and safety standards

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Passionate about coffee and customer service
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
