**About the role**
The Lifestyle Assistant is an important role as part of our Home and Community Servies team. Their primary responsibility is to assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities and lifestyle programs that enable clients to participate in a variety of experiences to improve their quality of life. Our team in Logan has an opportunity for a full time Lifestyle Assistant to join their team.

**About You**
You will enjoy meeting new people and developing meaningful relationships through your outgoing creative personality. Be part of the team developing activities that provide social interaction and life experiences for our clients.
- A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or other relevant tertiary qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- A current National Police Certificate
- Queensland Drivers Licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Full Covid Vaccinations
