Proactive Support are looking for a support worker to support a male participant.

Duties will include supporting him in the community to medical appointments, other appointments as required. Going shopping, accessing his community for various other reasons, and recreational activities.

Requirements for this position are as follows,

Having experience around mental health would be an advantage.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Current First Aid training
- Current CPR training
- National police check (if applicable)
- Access to a car and drivers licence
- A positive, reliable, empathetic and proactive approach to supporting people of all ages and backgrounds living with a disability;

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 19/11/2024
