Blinds & Window Furnishing Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to service our ever growing business across Geelong and the surrounds.

Our Window Furnishing range consists of Plantation Shutters, Indoor Blinds, Curtains. The successful Applicant will service Leads created by an ongoing innovative Marketing Campaign backed by a professional Internal Sales and Administration team.

**The Role**:
The successful Applicant must possess the following:

- Computer literacy and the ability to master industry specific software
- A proven track record in window furnishing sales will be highly regarded
- Self-motivation and the ability to convert a high percentage of leads to sales
- Excellent negotiating and communication skills
- The ability to work without supervision
- Eye for detail including excellent measuring skills
- Current drivers license
- High level of personal presentation and manners
- Be a quick learner
- Hard working and the desire to succeed

Potential earnings are uncapped, making this role one for the ultimate Commission Sales Professional.

**Salary**: $48,900.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (preferred)
- Window Furnishing Sales: 1 year (required)
