**Make an impact & lead collaboration to strengthen the family violence system.**:
- **Part-time (0.8 FTE) with flexible hours across 4-5 days + salary packaging.**
**Your new role**:
As the Principal Strategic Advisor, you’ll lead and support the Central Highlands Integrated Family Violence Committee (CHIFVC), which brings together services across Ararat, Ballarat, Golden Plains, Hepburn, Moorabool and Pyrenees.
Employed by Uniting as the auspice agency, you’ll work in close partnership with the CHIFVC Chair and members to deliver the Strategic Plan, provide leadership, and strengthen collaboration across the family violence, justice, housing, health, and community sectors.
As a key connector within the family violence system, you’ll represent CHIFVC in local and statewide forums, contribute to reform priorities, and drive a more integrated and effective service system for the Central Highlands region.
Your leadership will help create safer outcomes for victim survivors and foster stronger, more connected services across the community.

**Your skills and experience**:
First and foremost, you will bring expertise and a deep knowledge of the Victorian family violence system, reforms, policies, and practice, including MARAM and Information Sharing Schemes.
You will also bring with you:
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, governance, and facilitation, with experience building collaborative partnerships across government and community sectors.
- Proven strategic leadership experience, with the ability to influence reform and drive system-level initiatives across sectors.
- Expertise in project development, implementation, evaluation, and collective impact approaches, supported by research and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance competing demands and deliver evidence-based outcomes.
- High-level computer literacy for reporting, planning and project delivery.
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, plus a current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
