**Medical Receptionist/Admin Officer** **Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time opportunity** **About the Role** We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic administration professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our respected General Office team at Northside Group Cremorne Clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of patient records, appointments and procedures, processing patient invoices and receipts. You will also be responsible for effectively performing administrative duties in line with our Ramsay Core Values to meet the needs of our customers and clinicians. **About You** To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, including high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work flexibly, and strong computer skills will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment. ***_You will also bring:_** - Previous medical administration experience is essential, with reception experience being highly regarded. - Ability to work autonomously or part of a team and without direct supervision. - Exceptional typing/keyboarding skills. - Experience with Patient Management Systems will be ideal for this role. - Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing **About the Organisation** Northside Cremorne Clinic is part of The Northside Group of psychiatric hospitals owned and operated by the country’s leading private hospital operator, Ramsay Health Care.
