KNC is a leading aged care provider and is committed to the provisions of community services in a fair, equitable and inclusive manner to all eligible residents within the local area. KNC provide a range of services in the community that support individuals to remain living at home independently. KNC is a growing organisation and there is room for advancement.

**Position Overview**:
Within the framework of the KNC’s philosophy and objectives, community staff will work with the Centre Manager and coordinators to co-ordinate the delivery of Community Support to people in the Northern Sydney region, and carers of such people, who because of their frailty, age or disabilities are at risk of moving prematurely into residential care.

**Duties**:

- Accept and schedule client bookings with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter shifts and changes into our database.
- Engage the right number of people, with the right skillset and qualifications, to work at the right time and geographical location.
- Rapidly respond to reschedule cover of unplanned staff availability.
- Have a calm disposition to juggle multiple rosters at once
- You will liaise with our clients, carers, staff and service providers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
