**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Connect with clients** over the phone to build trust and guide them through the booking journey
- **Lead in-studio design consultations**, helping clients choose their favourite images and create custom artwork for their homes
- **Follow up with warmth and care**, nurturing leads and ensuring every client feels valued
- **Deliver exceptional service**, consistently hitting sales and booking targets while maintaining a gold-standard experience
- **Collaborate with your team**, living our values of quality, care, and client-first service every step of the way

**What We’re Looking For**
- **At least 1 year’s experience** in sales and customer service (both phone and in-person)
- A **confident communicator** with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- **Proactive and persistent**, with the ability to follow up professionally and empathetically
- **Self-motivated and results-focused**, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced studio
- Skilled in **identifying client needs** and tailoring solutions through meaningful conversations
