**Your new company**
This client is an independent statutory body that are seeking APS4 Complaints Officers to join their team. Focused on supporting Australians with a disability and helping to improve their lives on a daily basis. They are based in Broadmeadows and you will be required to go into the office each day for work.
**Your new role**
You will be first point of contact for any complaints that come through to the organisation. You will follow all principals, polices and procedures when managing these complaints and ensure your callers are provided correct advise and care throughout the call. You will liaise with relevant stakeholders to further investigate the complaint and that you are resolving accordingly to all of the evidence provided. Having high attention to detail is crucial in this role, ensuring all records and note taking is accurate as well as ensuring you have high data integrity with all personal information recorded. You will resolve moderately complex enquiries but will be able to escalate the calls to the relevant team if required.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have been exposed to CRM’s in a contact centre environment, otherwise complaint handling in hospitality or retail is highly regarded too. We are seeking motivated professionals who have excellent time management skills and a positive work ethic. You will have excellent communication skills as you may be speaking with customers who have a disability. Resilience and empathy will assist you in this role.
