The team behind FISHBOWL created Side Room on the back of the idea of an all day health-food concept that could deliver salads, smoothies and açai bowls that were unmatched in terms of quality, nutrition and flavour.

As we're expanding to Manly, we're looking for the right assistant manager to lead our dynamic crew.

**Your tasks**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Side Room Manly
- Be active in planning and restaurant operations to allow for future growth
- Manage all expected reporting, sales and expenses
- Lead by example & role model our standards and behaviours
- Supervise and coach your staff to deliver our core values and culture
- Deliver superior customer service, every customer, every time
- Demonstrate and reinforce basic people minimums, respect all team members, work as a team to deliver the brand purpose
- Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation minimums.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
