Are you excited about working with kids and making a real difference in their lives? We're on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Educator to join our amazing team

In this role, you'll help design and roll out awesome play-based learning activities for little ones aged 6 months to 5 years. You'll create a lively, supportive, and nurturing environment that boosts each child's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. **ABOUT US**

Buggles Baldivis child care and early learning centre is a convenient choice for local families living in Baldivis and nearby suburbs Waikiki, Warnbro and Port Kennedy. Our Baldivis child care centre offers long day care and kindergarten for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years from 6:30 am - 6:30 pm.

**Your role**
- Support in the planning and deliver of age-appropriate activities, including art, music, movement, and outdoor play
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity
- Observe and assess the development and progress of each child, and communicate with parents and colleagues about individual needs and achievements
- Maintain a clean and organised room, including managing materials and supplies
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and procedures

**Our Requirements**
- Hold a minimum ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven sector experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
