We are seeking a skilled Sandwich Hand to join our niche team and prepare sandwiches and salads for the display and assist the chef with preparing delicious meals from our menu. We serve up delicious modern Australian fare, and we need an experienced sandwich hand to join our energetic team. You will help prepare dishes that will delight our customers with its taste and timely delivery.

You must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. You must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. You'll also be responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and assist kitchen prep. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our customer base.

Applicants must possess:

- Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
- Kitchen maintenance, cleaning and keeping an orderly environment in the kitchen
- Kitchen prep / Salad prep
- Following food safety requirement
- Assist in preparation of Uber and other delivery app orders
- Assisting head chef as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as cook and/or sandwich hand
- Have passion for producing great food & attention to detail
- Be a team player and a good communicator
- Full working rights in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Cooking/Sandwich making: 2 years (preferred)
- Kitchen prep: 2 years (preferred)
