One of our clients, State Financial Services, based in Scoresby, VIC, are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Mortgage Broker Assistant / Office Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the mortgage industry and contribute to the success of our company. **Responsibilities**:
2. Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient communication.

4. Assist with Director with office management duties, including maintaining office supplies, filing documents, and organizing records.

5. Assist in the preparation of loan packages, including compiling required forms, disclosures, and supporting documentation.

6. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

7. Travel Interstate for work.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mortgage Brokering. Additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Knowledge of mortgage processes, loan products, and industry terminology is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Sinhalese Language would be a plus.
- Applicants should be Australian resident or should have proper full-time working rights in Australia.
