**Your day to day**
You will be supervising our housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and hotel spaces are cleaned to the highest standard in line with our IHG Clean Promise. Cleanliness is top of mind in the current climate of our industry, and your department plays a vital role in providing peace of mind to our guests.

You will support the daily housekeeping operations of rostering, room allocations, inspections and laundry operations. Your team will share your meticulous eye for detail in ensuring our spaces are perfect every time ensuring a memorable stay for our guests. You will ensure the workplace health and safety best practices are actively engaged, assit with managing supplier relationships, and liaise with other hotel departments to ensure an efficient and smooth operation all being part of your day to day.

In this role you will be instrumental in the recruitment and training of your diverse and engaged team members. The successful Housekeeping Supervisor will be hands-on, someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved to support colleagues to establish a strong level of success within their team.

- a seasoned Housekeeping professional with experience in a similar hotel environment, alongside a passion for engaging, empowering, developing and motivating the team to succeed on every shift.
