**Functions Supervisor**

**$30 (negotiable) + 11.5% Superannuation**

**About the Role**:

- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of functions & event activity across the campus
- Lead the front of house catering team to complete the set up, catering and breakdown
- Work with Functions Manager to plan and coordinate function equipment requests and beverage ordering
- Liaise with management/client to ensure all event expectations are met
- Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the venue during events
- Create a positive work culture, mentoring the team to deliver to the highest standard of service

**About You**:

- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Have previous experience in a supervisory role or event management in a fast paced environment
- A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
- A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
- Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to work as per functions and event requirements of the business ; including some evenings and weekends

**A current working with Children Check and RSA - or ability to obtain are requirements of this role**
