We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working people to manage roughly 90 properties and administrate them. This job involves tenant relations and leasing as well as internal administrative work. Our team is very friendly and willing to help you get settled in. This job will require aspects of property management as well as admin.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract

Pay: From $800.00 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alexandria, NSW 2015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Property management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rosebery, NSW 2015
