Bookkeeper - Part Time - Narangba - 6 Hours a Week

We are small family business in Narangba. We operate multiple company entities in this business with multiple bank accounts that need reconciling and coding to get it to BAS ready.

We are importers and run multiple online platforms and also local warehouses for customer pick-ups and dispatch

Around 6 employees on the payroll

You will need to offer the full service from coding, setting up invoice payments to lodging the BAS

This position may also suit a person who only wants to return to work for 6 hours a week but or doing the same role with other small businesses.

You need to be up to date with BAS, PAYROLL and MYOB.

**Responsibilities**:
Data input of payments and receipts

Bank reconciliation

Payments

Fortnightly payroll

Monthly IAS and superannuation processing

Quarterly BAS

**Requirements**:
Myob Accounting experience

Knowledge of GST

**Long term position.**

Our past 2 x book keepers have been here for 7 and 8 years respectively.

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 8 years (preferred)
- MYOB: 5 years (preferred)
