**Responsibilities**:

- Perform minor building repairs and maintenance works
- General labour and manual handling
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Computer/tablet-based reporting
- Start from home with a company car, no need to attend office

**About you**
- General building and equipment maintenance skills
- White card
- Trade background or handyperson skills
- Good communication
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety requirements.
- Full clean ACT driver’s licence
