Cleaner - Commercial Assignments

**CMBM Facility Services (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage)** is a well established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning company, enjoying continued growth throughout the state.

We are currently looking for applicants, with previous commercial cleaning experience, to join our fun loving, hard working, Award Winning Team delivering high quality, professional cleaning services at key clients’ sites (including outdoors) in and around Sunshine Coast, initially on a casual basis Immediate start available, in and around **Caloundra and Mooloolaba** Areas. Shifts available every day 6.00 am starts to 2.00 pm.

A strong work ethic, sound personal organisation and attention to detail, while working quickly, are regarded as essential attributes as well as a track record of dependability and a demonstrable commitment / ability to consistently deliver great results and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

- Attendance at client sites at agreed times
- Providing cleaning services strictly in accordance with agreed scopes of works and Service Agreements (including toilets, BBQs )
- Reporting on serviceability / safety of cleaning tools and equipment
- General cleaning duties as required e.g. mopping and scrubbing hard flooring and tiled areas, cleaning toilet and washroom facilities etc. in a commercial environment
- Strict compliance with all safety systems, procedures and instructions
- previous comparable professional cleaning experience
- working knowledge of safe use of cleaning products / chemicals
- ability / availability to work a roster over a 7 day cycle
- ability to use appropriate personal initiative in a team setting
- ability to take and follow directions and work collaboratively/effectively with others
- a sound understanding of and commitment to Work Health and Safety
- Qld drivers licence required (company vehicle used for travel between some)

Applicants require a recent National Police History Check, Driver's Licence and White Card.

CMBM provides company branded items of uniform; PPE; Induction / WHSE and ongoing training.

**Salary**: $28.45 - $51.21 per hour
