The Role
As Planning Manager, you will play an integral role, working with construction teams across a diverse project portfolio. You will develop and maintain integrated project plans and programs, whilst ensuring modifications to the schedule and their impacts are known & understood.
In this role on a day to day basis you can expect to:
- Provide strategic & operational assistance in the analysis (e.g. risk, spreadsheet, resources, curves) and monitoring of programs, also contributing to the development of plans, programs and reports.- Perform planning activities which may include undertaking research and document preparation to provide support within established planning guidelines.-
- Work collaboratively across a broad range of stakeholders, communicating critical information clearly & concisely.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years experience in building and/or construction project planning, scheduling and program benchmarking- Ideally background from a leading main contractor environment- Relevant tertiary qualifications- High level of interpersonal, communication and people skills.- High attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills with problem solving ability.
