Bundoora, Australia Man Cave Workwear Full time

ManCave Bundoora is located at DFO Uni Hill, 2 Janefield Drive Bundoora 3083 and is looking for a full time Retail Manager.

Our business is operating from Monday to Sunday 10am to 6pm. Due to this, we require someone available during these days and times.

**Key Responsibilities and Outcomes**
- Selling goods and advising customers about the features and benefits of products
- Maximising Sales Growth through exceptional customer service
- Effective store presentation through implementing visual merchandising standards
- Inventory control and managing loss prevention as delegated by business managers
- Manage product selection, purchasing, invoicing and stock levels and pricing
- Manage, set and achieve store budgets including sales, wages, margin and key KPI’s
- Report financial records, Oversee banking, payroll and other financial delegations as directed
- Manage stores Human Resources needs, including; hiring and team selection, training and supervision
- Lead and supervise all staff by providing coaching, mentoring and training to team members
- Overseeing the store is running to the core values and in the best interests of ManCave and it’s directors

**OHS Responsibilities**
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory legislative; internal policies and procedures associated with the activities of their position;
- Supporting the business with managing compliance obligations in accordance with the company framework and operating procedures;
- All employees have a legal responsibility to assist Business Owners ensure overall safety of the store by adhering to health and safety policies, procedures and standards (as per Man Cave Workwear Health and Safety Policy).

**Work Experience / Key Requisites**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Extensive experience in managing a retail environment at least 2 years full time
- experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Sound written communication skills

**Salary**: $57,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Bundoora, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
