**The service**:
Our client is regarded as one of the leading providers of early childhood education and care within the ACT region, where community integration and engagement is at the core of what they do. This small service caters for 60 children per day, and boasts natural outdoor settings and a long standing team. You will be led by an experienced director, who places program quality at the forefront of all decisions.

**The role**:
Working as an Early Childhood Educator you will be responsible for the co-running of the room, where you will be supported by 2 co-educators. Generous planning time is allocated to the team to take a collaborative approach to the room's program. This Full Time position would suit someone looking to move in to the NFP space, where your efforts will be recognised and rewarded with a generous remuneration package.

**You**:
You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and will be able to demonstrate excellent written and communication skills as well as the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Cert III of ECEC (or ACECQA recognised equivalent)
- WWVP card
- First aid, CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis qualifications desired
- Full working rights in Australia
