**Requirements**:

- Access to a registered vehicle with insurance and a valid driver's license
- Flexible to travel and work at Mt Barker, Murray Bridge and Adelaide
- Prior experience working in Disability or Community Support (Advantage)
- Experience working as a mentor (Advantage)
- Ability to drive company vehicle (Auto)
- Prior experience in Disability or Aged Care (Advantage)
- Medication Charts documentation experience (Advantage)
- Compliance with policies, procedures, and Healing Minds SA Core Values
- Proficient English language skills (verbal and written)
- Handling client issues to ensure they are managed in a timely and professional manner
- Flexible to cover shift cancellations on weekdays and weekends

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience
- Cert III in Individual Support/Aged-Disability or equivalent (Completed or Enrolled)
- Assist with Medication Training (Advantage)
- Hours: 10 - 30 per week - Depending on your work flexibility
- Salary: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour - Depending on work experience and qualification

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
