Location: North Parramatta

We are seeking a Diploma Early Childhood Educator to join our North Parramatta centre and uphold our values of excellence in early childhood care and education.
Role and Responsibilities: As a Diploma Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old
- Leading and mentoring a team of educators to achieve excellence
- Delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum, and linking it to the National Quality Framework
- Creating and maintaining a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment for children
- Fostering strong positive work relationships with your team, families, and children

**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills or willingness to learn
- Practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum, and linking it to the National Quality Framework
- First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
