Ensure consistent high-quality production of coffee and other beverages.
- Regularly taste coffee drinks to maintain quality standards.
- Proficiency in preparing different types of coffee drinks, including latte art, while efficiently handling a high volume of orders.
- Expedite and serve delicious sweet and savory foods, including assembly, delivery, and clearing of treats.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including daily maintenance of coffee/espresso equipment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to open and close the shop.
- Foster positive and proactive relationships with all coworkers.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure consistency and quality in drink and food preparation, professionalism, service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Support the team in ensuring the smooth and visually appealing operation of the cafe.
- Assist with other tasks in the shop as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
