Only About Children Leichhardt Marion Street is looking for a confident, passionate, and qualified **Room Leader** to join our team in a **permanent full-time** role. You'll play a key part in creating a safe, nurturing environment where our youngest children feel secure, supported, and inspired to learn and grow.

As a Room Leader, you'll lead group times, support the team, collaborate with families, and create a space where children can develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing in their earliest years.
- This means our team members will receive an additional 10% on top of the award rate, plus an extra 5% from December 2025, funded by the Australian Federal Government until 30 November 2026._

**What We're Looking For**:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
- Previous experience leading or supporting a Nursery Room
- A warm, collaborative approach to leading your team
- A passion for early development and nurturing strong relationships
- A strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing
