We are seeking a sales-orientated Showroom Manage**r** to lead our high-performing team in Rutherford. As the manager, you will drive sales, promote a high-performing and collaborative culture, and ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest standards.

- Are able to work every weekend and enjoy time off during the week
- Are immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment
- Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills and a strong desire to drive sales outcomes with every team member
- Experience managing a Retail Sales team and increasing sales performance

- Maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
- Leading a team to successfully achieve KPIs
- Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care
- Training and coaching new staff as well as constantly developing your team
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
