As a Change Analyst at NCS Australia, you'll play a crucial role in driving successful change. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments to identify potential change impacts and develop effective strategies to mitigate risks and challenges. Additionally, you'll engage stakeholders by identifying, analyzing, and documenting their needs and concerns, and developing a communication plan to keep them informed and engaged.
To ensure the success of change initiatives, you'll prepare and maintain comprehensive change management plans, risk assessments, and impact analyses. You'll also empower staff by assisting in the creation of tailored training materials and coordinating training sessions. Furthermore, you'll effectively manage risks by identifying potential issues, developing mitigation plans, and continuously monitoring risk factors.

**Qualifications**

- ** Data analysis**: Strong analytical skills to identify change impacts and assess potential risks.
- ** Documentation**: Ability to prepare and maintain comprehensive change management plans, risk assessments, and impact analyses.
- ** Communication tools**: Proficiency in using various communication tools to engage stakeholders effectively.
- ** Change impact assessment**: Ability to conduct assessments to identify change impacts on business processes, systems, and organizational structure.
- ** Risk management**: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with change.
- ** Stakeholder engagement**: Ability to develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies.
