**About the role**
- Rotating on call
- Ensure due diligence in matching an appropriately skilled and experienced Support Worker to the specific client care needs, and respecting the client requests
- Scheduling in a manner to minimise overtime and violations of rest breaks
- Assisting Support Workers optimise their hours of work through creative scheduling
- Make a difference in the community by supporting aged care, NDIS and mental health clients
- Helping people with activities of daily living such as showering, light household cleaning, companionship, meal preparation, shopping, transport to appointments
- Visit clients on a regular basis who live independently in their own home so you can provide one on one care (no pressures of supporting multiple clients at once like in nursing homes)

**Your Skills and Experience**

To be successful in the role, you will require the following skills and experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in high volume rostering and scheduling within Aged Care, Disability or Community Services
- Demonstrated high-level customer service skills
- Proven experience utilising rostering software in the community services or health sector
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail with data entry
- Proven ability to prioritise a variable workload to ensure high priority requirements are met
- Previous experience working as a support worker or similar
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- First Aid Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence (P1 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
