About the Role
With excellent attention to detail, the successful applicant will support our Planning Manager to work
with the sales team and their architectural and engineering clients to develop custom con gurations of
our products for high pro le construction projects.
This stand-alone role will report directly into the Planning Manager and you will:

- Play a pivotal role in liaising with the Xero sales team to distil the project speci c requirements in

an accurate, professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to de ne and describe all aspects of the

products to be manufactured.
- Create sales and production documentation utilising 2D CAD software such as AutoCAD LT and

DraftSight.
About You
- You are a con dent, self-starter and some exposure to a manufacturing environment would be

favourable.
- You have practical experience in 2D CAD drafting and some architectural or electrical plan experience would be a bonus.
- You are highly motivated and capable of being exible in a dynamic environment.
- The key to your success will be your ability to engage with the sales team and communicate

e ectively with customers.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build the necessary relationships to

succeed.
- You can manage your own workload, accurately estimate the amount of work involved in each

task and keep to committed deadlines.
- You are competent in computer skills and the use of Microsoft O ce, speci cally Excel.
