Sales Manager for Door to Door Team

This is an exciting opportunity to join the biggest solar installer company in WA, we are looking to grow our door to door sales team in Perth metro with a new position coming available for immediate start.

Door to door lead generation experience is a must. Sales + solar experience and knowledge is welcomed, but not essential.

You will be provided with different pay options to work with what you need best, inclusive of uncapped commissions with the weekly record being $8k for a week doing part time hours.

You MUST have: positive attitude, keen to work closely in a super fast growing team. Leadership skills with the willingness to train and upskills new team members.

You MUST look presentable and be comfortable with face to face interactions

You MUST have a valid WA driver's license and your own car.

You MUST be proficient on computers

Duties of the role include: Recruiting and training new representatives on a weekly basis, leading the team on the field daily, providing maps & structure for the team.

The solar industry is offering HUGE upside for any sales professional who is keen to work hard and achieve high-end goals week to week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $88,000.00 - $128,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
