**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to help with day-to-day operations in our warehouse. This is a part-time role (2 days per week) for now, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if you demonstrate capability and independence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming stock and perform quality checks.
- Log inventory into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Source specific orders and ensure items are ready for fulfillment.
- Receive deliveries from Australia Post, check contents, and assign stock to orders.
- Prepare shipments, pack orders, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain an organised and clean workspace.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Common sense** and the ability to take initiative in daily tasks.
- **Independent worker** who can manage tasks without constant supervision.
- **Attention to detail** to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with the **sneaker market** is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Shopify is preferred.
- **Organised** and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A **willingness to learn** and adapt as the company grows.

**Hours & Growth Potential**:

- Initially 2 days per week during the slow period.
- Potential to transition to a full-time role around July if you demonstrate independence and reliability.
