we are currently seeking a **subcontractor Tiler **to join our team. We value individuals who are **committed**, **punctual**, and ready to start work early (6 am). While experience is beneficial, we highly value a **positive attitude**, **collaboration**, and a strong **work ethic**.

**About Us**

We are a **family-owned and operated business** with **15 years of expertise** in all facets of tiling, serving both the **commercial and residential sectors**.

We offer hourly rates between $35-$50 depending on the level of the experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lay ceramic, slate, marble, and glass tiles on **internal and external walls and floors** using glues, grout, and cement.
- **Inspect surfaces**, assess conditions, and take measurements.
- **Plan tile layout**, calculate materials needed (tiles, adhesive)
- **Position tiles** according to the planned layout.
- **Level uneven** walls, floors and other surfaces with plaster
- **Trim or cut tiles** for edges and corners.
- **Seal tiles**, fill gaps with grout, and clean the entire tile surface.
- **Basic English **to understand instructions and follow up with customers.

**Skills Required**:

- **ABN**:

- **Technical proficiency** in tile laying, cutting, and finishing.
- **Eye for design** to execute complex patterns and layouts.
- **Physical strength and stamina** for lifting heavy materials and working in various positions.
- **Attention to detail** and precision.
- **Optional: White Card is needed for commercial works.**

**Qualifications (if possible)**:

- **Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling** with at least 4 years of working experience.
- Ability to read plans and measure surfaces.
