**Your Role**:In your new position as a Medical Science Liaison, you will join a high-performing team of MSLs focused on enhancing the care of Australian patients. In this field-based role your priority will be the delivery of high-quality scientific exchange via personalised omnichannel engagement plans for Healthcare professionals. As the scientific and medical expert both internally and externally, you will also work cross-functionally to help inform and implement brand strategies through non-promotional activity including collecting and actioning customer insights, generating impactful real-world and clinical evidence and organising tailored medical education initiatives.

**Who you are**:

- You have a medical/scientific background with an advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. PhD, Pharm D, MSc or MD)
- You ideally have experience within Medical Affairs including MSL experience
- You have Oncology (solid tumours) disease area experience
- Along with a self-starter mentality, you have a proven agile approach to a regularly changing landscape
- You are flexible to travel to regularly interact with key external stakeholders as well as being able to operate in a virtual environment
- You have a hands-on and proactive approach to maximise opportunities and execute the medical strategy
- You possess excellent and flexible communication and analytical skills
- You understand omni-channel engagement and its use to enhance customer experience and their preferences
- You enjoy working in agile cross-functional teams, who welcome robust debate and then are action focused to create impact
