Subset 27 is a high-end establishment of a restaurant & bar located in Ed Square Eat Street.

With up to 350 patrons, this vibrant establishment serves superb cuisine in the restaurant & bar premises and tantalising cocktails amongst a leisurely atmosphere.

We are seeking a Cocktail Bartender who has an extensive cocktail knowledge, familiarity with high end spirts with at least three years experience performing in a similar role.

It is important this individual can work under pressure, has strong attention to detail and can prioritise effectively while maintaining a clean environment.

Availability on Friday and Saturday evenings will be required.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing, mixing and serving cocktails as per Subset 27s recipes. This also includes serving wine, beer, cider, soft drinks etc.
- Accurately memorising Subset 27’s cocktail recipes
- Taking customer orders at POS stations including food orders for bar/pub floor
- Manage the service of drinks between bar and restaurant during service
- Coffee making
- Maintaining compliance with liquor regulations and workplace health and safety laws
- Clearing tables and assisting with front of house operations when required

Subset 27 is easily accessible by train as it is situated next to Edmondson Park Train Station, as well as onsite parking.
