**The Essentials | What you’ll bring**:
You’re someone who thrives on creativity, empathy, and teamwork. To succeed, you’ll need:
- A **current First Aid Certificate**.
- Demonstrated **experience working with older people** and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven **organisational abilities** and computer literacy.
- A **Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Lifestyle** (highly desirable).
- A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.

Positioned within a serene residential area, the home boasts a well-stocked library, even a hair salon, ensuring that residents have access to a range of amenities. Outside, you’ll find beautifully landscaped gardens and a courtyard with a BBQ area, creating the perfect setting for entertaining.
