A great opportunity has become available to join the Nike Retail team in the role of Apparel Specialist (3IC) at our Adelaide store; this is a 12 month fixed term contract reporting to the Apparel Coach.

This is a great stepping stone for someone looking for a career in retail leadership. Our fast-paced environment will see you support the Coach, in leading a specific zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service excellence in accordance with Nike standards.

The successful applicant will be at the frontline, overseeing a team to help create a premium consumer experience; you will assist with the implementation of geographical and global programs, processes and initiatives to drive business results.

Key responsibilities include:

- Inspire: lead, coach and act as a source of inspiration for your zoned team
- Motivate: assist the team to achieve targets by unlocking their potential
- Inform: maintain expert-level product knowledge
- Provide: train and offer feedback to your fellow peers to elevate the team, and most importantly, have fun

- Previous relevant retail experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer proficiency

- An energetic demeanor.
