**What you can expect in a day as a Bar & Gaming Attendant**:
Our pubs, hotels, and bars are full of fun, and entertainment, so we have something for everyone. In a day as a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you can expect to be completing the following:
Providing excellent guest service across our venue

Taking customer food and beverage orders

Gaming enquiries, guest service and payouts

Cleaning duties to keep our venues neat and tidy for guests

Opening and closing venues in a safe manner

**What you will bring to the team**:
Along with excellent customer service and the ability to take initiative you will have:
Demonstrated cash handling experience

Knowledge of gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and procedures

An understanding of food & beverage products and services

A professional & mature “can do” attitude with the ability to work autonomously

Current Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG) and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) required

Keno Writer & Gaming Machine Attendant or Senior Keno Writer, Gaming Machine Supervisor Certificates and TAB experience would be an advantage

Please note to be successful in this role you need to be able to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays.
