Hays are looking for experienced Loader Operators for long term projects in Melbourne's North and West

**Your new company**
Your new company holds one of the best reputations in the Civil Construction industry. Specializing in water infrastructure they successfully deliver drainage, sewer, and water projects across Melbourne. They have been in operating for over 50 years and only continue to expand, therefore they are looking for new professionals to join their team

**Your new role**
Working on large scale projects throughout the North and West you will be primarily operating Loaders performing earthmoving and drainage tasks. There will be some aspect of labouring involved as well as entering the trenches.

With a shortage of skilled operators, there are opportunities for both casual and full-time work. Ideally, this is a long-term position

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience operating a Loader in Civil Construction - experience working with a drainage crew would be highly beneficial
- Valid plant operation tickets white card
- 6 day a week availability
- A good work ethic and ability to work in a team
