**About the role.**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join Aboriginal Affairs, Premiers Department as the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Secretary.
The Executive Assistant provides timely, expert and professional executive and secretariat support to the Deputy Secretary including diary and appointment management and identifying and assessing the priority of issues for attention by the Deputy Secretary and/or referral to other appropriate senior executives.
The role develops and manages communication networks and relationships with the Ministers’ office, Executive Directors, Directors and Senior Officers across the Department, and other agencies, and with external stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of information and responses to urgent and politically sensitive issues.

**Salary**: Clerk Grade 9/10. Package includes base salary ($120,860 - $133,184) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
