You will have experience working in aged care as a Carer, you are compassionate and you understand the importance of delivering exceptional holistic care, then BlueCross is the place for you.

**Location: South Eastern suburbs of Victoria**

**We we need from you**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Individual Support
- Experience in aged care, preferably
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including the ability to read and interpret care plans
- Current drivers license and reliable vehicle to travel to our clients homes
- Current first aid and CPR
