**The Position**

Reporting to the General Manager, we are seeking a proactive Procurement Officer to join the team at our Reservoir head office.

Key responsibilities in this position include:

- Liaising and purchasing with existing suppliers whilst actively seeking out new products and supply channels.
- Creating products using Excel templates and direct data entry into our ERP platform.
- Setting and reviewing pricing.
- Attending local and international trade shows.
- Identify and monitor industry/market trends for board games, miniatures, RPGs, TCGs, puzzles, novelties.
- Dealing with freight forwarders to manage the import of products.
- Preparing written proposals for new exclusive titles.

**Key Criteria**
- Essential: At least two (2) years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data processing.
- Possesses a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
- Drivers licence essential.
- Permanent residency/right to work in Australia essential
