We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable **Guillotine Operator** to join our Production team. If you’re passionate about accuracy, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a dynamic, growing business, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate guillotine cutting machines to trim printed materials to precise specifications
- Read and interpret job bags and ensure finished work meets quality standards
- Maintain and clean equipment according to maintenance schedules
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, efficient workspace
- Work collaboratively with the finishing team to meet production targets and deadlines

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience operating a guillotine in a commercial print environment
- Experience with **Polar guillotine machines** is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and operate other finishing equipment (e.g. folders, laminators, binding machines)
