You’ll be joining our talented Loan Assessment team working closely with our amazing broker network.

On the job training will be provided, but what we’re really looking for is the right mix of speed, accuracy and an all round keen-to-get-things-done attitude.

We’re quickly earning a reputation as one of Australia’s fastest growing home lenders, and we’re really excited to keep growing our team.

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Building relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the business
- Delivering outstanding service to internal and external customers with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Meeting (and exceeding) service level agreements
- All while complying with all legislative requirements including, NCCP, Privacy Act and AML/CTF

**Here are the key skills and strengths we’re looking for**:

- A solid understanding of industry codes and practices (or, if you don’t know these codes and practices yet, a commitment to learning them)
- Self motivation and initiative. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, and strives for the best outcomes every time
- The ability to hold and maintain a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA)
- A great communication style. You’ll be chatting to lots of different people, from customers, to brokers, to colleagues in many different business areas, so a warm and professional manner is important
- Excellent organisational skills, including being able to prioritise tasks and meet expected timeframes
- You’ll be working independently with mínimal supervision, but you’ll still need to contribute to a positive and professional team environment
- Bonus skill: if you can interpret financial statements that’s a huge plus
