**About the role**
An exciting opportunity for motivated Medical Receptionists to join our team at Myhealth Broadway, conveniently located on the ground floor of Broadway Sydney Shopping Centre.

We are seeking someone who are committed to providing exceptional support to our clinicians, administrators, and patients.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring practice efficiency while delivering outstanding customer service to our patients. This position offers a fantastic chance to advance your career in a nurturing setting, with hands-on training opportunities to help you thrive.

**What your day will look like**:

- Handle incoming calls, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate team members.
- Assisting with patient queries.
- Check in patients, confirm appointments, and assist with paperwork.
- Handle Medicare, DVA, private, and bulk billing payments.
- Act with urgency for referrals, recalls and patient follow-ups.

**What we are looking for**:

- Full time (Monday to Friday) - this is a well positioned opportunity for someone interested in developing to a leadership role within Myhealth Broadway including 2IC or Practice Manager.
- Part time (2-4 days, negotiable)
- Casual (1-3 days, as required)

**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum of 6 months experience preferred, but willing to train and upskill.
- Ability to work additional shifts or weekends where needed (weekend penalties apply).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a busy work environment.
- Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice.
