**SEAL SPREADER DRIVER**

Suncoast Asphalt is a progressive asphalt provider servicing commercial and residential customers across south-east Queensland. We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated professional to join the Suncoast Asphalt Contracting Team as a Seal Spreader Driver located in **Narangba, QLD**, with jobs in and around the greater Brisbane area.

**Role Requirements**:

- Operate and maintain asphalt seal spreader trucks and related equipment.
- Prepare surfaces for sealing by cleaning and assessing conditions.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid HC or MC driver’s licence.
- Experience in asphalt spray sealing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of road construction and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.

**What we offer**:

- Base hourly rate from $33, pending experience, plus penalty rates, plus super.
- Working 8 - 12-hour shifts. Day shift 6am - 6pm, night shift 6pm - 6am.
- Uniforms and PPE provided.
