**What’s our story?**

Over the past 21 years, Gelato Messina has grown from a single gelato store in Sydney, to a primary producer and manufacturer of incredible gelato, weird and wonderful gelato cakes, couverture chocolate, bespoke event creations and super cool merch - with 32 retail stores selling our amazing products around the country and overseas.

We're a family owned and operated business, and we like to think we're made up of three equal parts - honesty, hard work and good humour. We're looking for an experienced Hospitality Retail Manager.

**What are we looking for?**

Coming into one of our stores is a total vibe. From the delicious products, to the pumping music, to the passionate staff - we want all of our customers to have an amazing experience every time they swing by. We're looking for a dynamic and driven Hospitality Retail Manager with passion for people, food and customer service to lead our Adelaide team. You must have at least two years’ experience managing a high volume, fast paced retail store. You must have strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of building a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, accountability and fun

You will have full responsibility for the day to day operation of our Adelaide store, including recruitment, training and development, customer service, financial management, food safety and WHS procedures.

Full Australian work rights are essential.

**Experience**:
